Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.

2) Social casino experience (no real-money gambling)

The Service offers social casino-style gameplay for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling.

• Virtual currency, chips, coins, points, and virtual items are for in-Service use only and have no cash value.
• You cannot redeem, exchange, or withdraw virtual currency/items for money, goods, or services.
• No prizes of monetary value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Purchases & virtual items

• Some features may allow purchasing virtual currency/items. Prices and availability may change.
• Purchases are optional and do not improve the odds of receiving anything of real-world value.
• To the extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable; however, refunds/chargebacks required by applicable law or a platform’s policies may apply.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts/systems.
• We may remove content and restrict access to protect users and the Service.

5) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes take effect. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disputes, governing law & contact

Please contact us first to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
